Honestly the thing that got me was the delivery took nearly two weeks for a pair of trainers. Tracking said dispatched but then sat there for days. Trainers are fine though, comfy and look like the photos. Just annoying when you need them for something.

Bought a knit jumper in a hurry for a birthday. Quality is nice and it's soft, feels better than I thought. Took a few days longer to leave the warehouse than the site said, so I was checking the tracking a lot. Still happy with it.

Lost the charger for the drill and needed a replacement quick without paying shop prices. Found one here and it was cheaper than the usual places once postage was added. It works fine and the cable is a decent length. Not the fanciest but it does the job for what I paid.

Compared this against a couple of specialist running shops before buying a pair of road shoes. Their range was a bit narrower but the price on the same model was lower and the cushioning feels right for me. Know my way around running kit and this was a sensible pick.

Easiest place I've found for my weekly bits when I'm rushing between work and pickups. Order through the app, pick a slot, done. Substitutions have been rare and when they happen they're sensible. Would order again without a second thought.

Compared it with two other sites for a new kettle and a set of towels and this came out ahead. Prices were a touch lower than the big names and the order page was simpler to use. Towels are thick and the kettle boils quick. Ordered from them again last month.

My old coat finally gave up in the autumn and I needed something warm for the school run and walking the dog. This was my first time ordering from them and I wasn't sure what to expect. The sizing guide was clear and the coat fits well over a jumper. Very happy with it.

The top I got is nice but the sleeves are way longer than the size chart said. Customer service sent a reply after a day or so which was fine. Kind of a pain to sort the return though, the form kept timing out. Probably would try again but check the measurements first.

Ordered the midi wrap dress on Tuesday night and it was at my door Thursday morning, which is quicker than I expected. Fabric is lighter than the pics made it look but it hangs nicely and the tie waist actually works. Returns label was in the box so I didn't have to hunt for anything. Wore it to a wedding already and got asked where it's from, so that's a good sign.

Got a pair of cotton pyjamas and a tote bag off them last month and the prices were noticeably lower than the big names for the same sort of thing. Delivery was a bit slow, a few days longer than the site said, but the stuff itself is good for the money.
