Compared with the chain store down the road, the same style of garden bench was a fair bit less here and the quality seemed similar. Ordering was quick and the bench arrived in one piece. I did have to build it myself, which took a while, but the instructions were clear enough. Good value for a garden seat.

My husband has struggled to get out of his old armchair for some time now, so I was looking for something with a firmer seat and a higher back. Got the oak dining table with the six chairs and it looks much better in the flesh than on the site. The top is a good size for our kitchen. Packaging was ok, one of the chair legs had a small scuff but it screws on easily and the customer service lady sorted a replacement part without fuss. Would go with them again for furniture.

Needed a desk for my room in halls and didn't want to spend loads. Found a small white one that fits under the window and it came quick, like within a few days. Put it together in about twenty minutes with the allen key they give you. Honestly really good for the money, the surface is smooth and I've already put my laptop and books on it lol. Would 100 percent order again.

Got a little bedside table in the end, the one with the drawer. It is a nice colour and fits between the bed and the wall. Delivery was a day later than the site said but they emailed me to let me know. Good enough for the price.

The rug I got for the living room is much bigger than I thought it would be, which for the money is a real bonus. It is thick and soft underfoot and does not shed. Delivery came in a tube, which meant it took a bit of unrolling, but nothing was damaged. Happy with the purchase.

I'm afraid the cushions on the armchair I ordered were not quite as pictured. The colour looked a shade darker online and I've had to wait a fortnight for someone to answer my email.

Compared with the big furniture shop in town, ordering from here is quicker and the prices are lower for a similar bookcase. I've bought from them for years and the bookcases have held up well, the last one arrived in five days without any fuss.
