Ordered for the first time last week and the whole thing was simple from start to finish. The site told me exactly when the parcel would come and it turned up when it said it would. I'm definitely going to order from here again.
Read moreThis is a decent site for everyday bits and bobs and I've been buying from them for about six years now. Prices are usually a little higher than the big supermarkets though, so I check those first. My complaint is with a return I had last month. The return label took three days to arrive by email and I had to phone to chase it, which was a bit of a palaver for a simple swap.
Read moreI've used a few online shops for birthday presents over the years and this one beats the rest by a mile. The last place I used always made me wait ages for a confirmation email, but here the order was confirmed within minutes and the tracking updates were actually useful. I've ordered from them maybe a dozen times now and never had a problem I couldn't sort out quickly through their chat.

Compared a few places before buying a set of kitchen towels and this one came out ahead. The other sites wanted me to sign up before I could see the basket total, but here I could check the price without any fuss. The towels arrived in two days and the order summary was clear, which I appreciated.
