Ordered for the first time last week and the whole thing was simple from start to finish. The site told me exactly when the parcel would come and it turned up when it said it would. I'm definitely going to order from here again.
Read moreThis is a decent site for everyday bits and bobs and I've been buying from them for about six years now. Prices are usually a little higher than the big supermarkets though, so I check those first. My complaint is with a return I had last month. The return label took three days to arrive by email and I had to phone to chase it, which was a bit of a palaver for a simple swap.

The last place I used always made me wait ages for a confirmation email, but here the order was confirmed within minutes and the tracking updates were actually useful. I've ordered from them maybe a dozen times now and never had a problem I couldn't sort out quickly through their chat.
Read moreOur kettle packed up on a Sunday so I needed a replacement quickly and without spending a fortune. This site had a few options under twenty quid and free delivery over a certain amount, which made it worth it for me. It turned up on Tuesday and works fine. The only downside is the choice is smaller than on bigger sites, so you might not find exactly what you want.
Needed a cheap cable for a gig on Saturday and didn't have time to faff about. Checked a couple of other sites first but this one had it in stock and it arrived the next morning. Only thing is the postage charge was a bit steep for such a small order.
Got some trainers insoles from them and they work well. Took a couple of days, which is fine. Postage was a bit annoying though, it's pricier than I'd like for something that small so I'd probably only order if I was getting more stuff.
