Bed Kingdom

The detail that struck me most was how the team sent a message to confirm the delivery window the day before, which I did not expect from a website. I found the ordering very straightforward and the staff were courteous when I rang with a question about the headboard fittings. I'd be happy to order from them again, and I've mentioned them to my sister.

Needed a headboard for my first proper bed after moving out and I wasn't sure what to get. The sizing guide on the site helped a lot and I ordered the right one first time. It arrived a day later than they said but was well wrapped and I'd order from them again.

Would say it's a good bed for the money but the delivery was the slow bit. I'd looked at a few places first, including the big furniture stores, and this was the cheapest by a fair way. The bed itself went together fine with the instructions, but it was nearly three weeks from ordering before anything turned up, and the driver rang once to say it was coming on the Tuesday then didn't show until Thursday.

Needed a new mattress fast because my old one had a dip right in the middle and I was waking up with a sore back every morning. Ordered on my lunch break from the site and it was sorted in a couple of days. Sleeping much better already, which is all I wanted.

Bought the sliding wardrobe doors for my new place and they run smoothly on the track. Arrived in one piece and the fitting guide was easy enough to follow. First time ordering from them and no complaints.

Unfortunately this was not quite as pictured, the colour was a shade darker than on the site. I did have to wait over a week for someone to reply to my message about it. The return form was a bit fiddly to fill in, though it was dealt with eventually.

Compared it with a well known brand and this was noticeably less money for much the same spec. Does the job and the price is the main reason I went with it. Nothing flashy but good value.

Compared it against the big high street chains and this came out ahead on firmness and build for the money. I've bought beds for years so I know what to look for, and the spec was clear on the site with the materials listed properly. Fitted it myself in an afternoon and it feels solid.

I was most struck by how carefully the mattress had been rolled and sealed, it had clearly been done with a lot of thought. The instructions for opening it were clear and the whole thing was sorted with minimal fuss. I'm very pleased with how it was handled from start to finish.

Got the bed frame for my flat and it went together ok. Took about an hour with the allen key. One of the slats was a bit wonky out the box so I had to ring them, but they sent a replacement quick enough. Happy with it.
