Been a regular with them for years now and the thing I notice most is how fast my body wash arrives, usually next day if I order before lunch. Went back to them after trying a few other sites and haven't looked back, the reorder button on the app saves me loads of time and I rarely have to think about it.

Read moreBeen a customer for a good while now, mostly for body lotion and bits like that. This time my order sat in the warehouse for almost a week before it went out, which was a bit annoying when I'd been counting on it. Once it arrived everything was fine and the products are the same as always.
I needed a gift set for my sister's birthday and the party was only a week away, so I was looking for something I could order and have arrive in time. The site made it easy to filter by price and the set I wanted was in stock. It came in four days which was fine. The gift wrap option was a bit basic for what it cost, but she liked the products so that's what counts.
