Been a regular with them for years now and the thing I notice most is how fast my body wash arrives, usually next day if I order before lunch. Went back to them after trying a few other sites and haven't looked back, the reorder button on the app saves me loads of time and I rarely have to think about it.

Needed a replacement hair dryer after mine packed up the night before a wedding I was going to. Ordered at lunchtime and they said it would ship the same day, but it didn't go until the next afternoon, so it was tight. Got it in time though and it works well. Just wish the tracking had been clearer about the delay.

ordered a lip kit off them last week, the colour looked way different on my screen than in real life. delivery was quick though, came in like 2 days. i'd maybe check the swatches more before buying next time.

Honestly the best order I've placed with them so far. Got a serum and a night cream, both arrived in perfect condition and the packaging felt properly thought about. The cream smells lovely and my skin's already looking calmer after a week. Would order again without a second thought, and I'm already eyeing up the next thing on my list for payday.

Been a customer for a good while now, mostly for body lotion and bits like that. This time my order sat in the warehouse for almost a week before it went out, which was a bit annoying when I'd been counting on it. Once it arrived everything was fine and the products are the same as always.

Honest verdict: decent prices for what you get, and the bundle deals are where the saving is. Got a three pack of shaving gel for less than I'd pay in Boots. Order went through first time and it came in a couple of days.

Ordered a hair straightener from them last month after seeing it everywhere on Instagram and I was a bit nervous about buying from a site I'd never used. Checkout was quick and they sent a confirmation straight away. It arrived two days later, well packed, and it works fine so far. The only thing that annoyed me was the returns page, which took a bit of hunting to find.

Compared with buying the same moisturiser in a chemist, this came out a fair bit cheaper once I'd added it up with delivery. The order went through without any problems and the box was intact when it turned up. Good for topping up what I already use.

Compared to the brand I was using before, this is a lot gentler on my skin and costs roughly the same. I ordered a cleanser and it arrived quickly with everything in one piece. The site is easy to use on my phone and checkout took about a minute. Happy to switch over for good.

I needed a gift set for my sister's birthday and the party was only a week away, so I was looking for something I could order and have arrive in time. The site made it easy to filter by price and the set I wanted was in stock. It came in four days which was fine. The gift wrap option was a bit basic for what it cost, but she liked the products so that's what counts.
