Beara Beara

Second visit now and the same problem came up, the reserved slot I paid for was showing as available to other people on the site until I rang. Staff sorted it when I called but I shouldn't have had to. The service itself was fine once I got going and the price was about what I'd expect from the area. I'd know the drill next time but a warning would help.

Cheaper than the big name I usually go with, which is why I tried them. Price was about the only thing I'd flag, it's not massively cheaper once you add the fees. Order turned up when they said it would though.

Needed it for uni and my flatmate kept hogging the login so I just signed up myself. Took about five minutes, the app is pretty easy to use and the booking went through first time. Only thing is the confirmation email took a while to land, maybe ten minutes, so I was refreshing my inbox like a loon.

Sorted, would use again. First time I've used them and the whole thing took about ten minutes from start to finish. The booking page told me exactly what I was paying up front with no nasty surprises at checkout. The person who sorted my order got back to my email the same afternoon with the details, which I really wasn't expecting for a small outfit like this.

Needed it for a family move so had to get it sorted quick. Was on my phone between meetings and the sign-up took a bit longer than I'd like because it kept asking me to confirm things twice. Once I was through it all worked fine and I've had no problems since.

Tried a few before this and this is the one I'm sticking with. The verdict is simple, it's the easiest of the lot to use and the price is clear from the start. I liked that the booking confirmed straight away and there was a reminder the day before. Wasn't sure about the cancellation terms but they're written out properly and I didn't need them.

Way quicker than my old bank for this, honestly. Applied on my phone during my lunch break and had an answer before I'd finished my sandwich. Money hit my account the next working day. Haven't had to ring anyone yet which is a first.

The refund policy was clear and easy to find, which is more than I can say for a couple of the others I looked at. Compared three places before settling on this one and the price was in the middle, nothing cheap but fair for what you get. Used it for a weekend trip and the whole thing went smoothly from start to finish. Support answered a quick question without making me jump through hoops.

Got the monthly plan in the end after messing about with the free trial. Signed up on a Sunday night and it was live by the morning, no faff at all. Had a question about cancelling and they answered in like twenty minutes on the chat thing. Would do it again, the app's dead easy to use and I've not had a single issue so far.
