Honestly the live tracking map was the best bit, I could see the van coming down my road. Ordered a jumper on Sunday night from the app and it turned up Tuesday before lunch. Wish the app would remember my last size though, had to pick it again.

Returning it was more involved than I had hoped, as I had to print a label and drop it at a post office. The refund did come through within the week though.
