Compared it against two other sites before buying and this was about a fiddly shade cheaper. Ordered a rug and it came in a sturdy box, nothing damaged. Delivery took the full five days they quoted, which felt a bit long, but fine.

I have been ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. Checkout is quick and I like that the saved addresses work properly. The only thing I'd change is that the returns form is a bit buried on the site, took me a while to find it last time.
