We needed a grab rail by the bath after my dad's hip op, so safety was the main thing. Found a stainless one with the right length and a proper load rating listed, which is why I picked it. It came with the fixings and a template for the holes. The only niggle is the packaging was a bit flimsy so one end was scuffed, but the rail itself is fine and solid.
Read moreOrdered a toilet roll holder and a matching brush set. Honestly the price is a bit higher than what I found on the big marketplace sites, so I'm not sure it's worth the extra. The holder is solid and the brush is fine. Took a while to come, about five days, and I had to chase it once because the tracking didn't update. Would maybe check other places first.
Read moreWe were doing up the en suite and needed a proper thermostatic valve for the shower, so I knew exactly what to look for. The listing gave the thread size and the flow rate, which saved me a lot of time. Delivery was fine, arrived in three working days. The only annoyance was the returns form, it wanted a reference number that wasn't on the email I got so I had to dig for it. Still a decent buy.
Read moreOrdered a bath mat and a shower mat on my phone while waiting for the kettle. Checkout was quick, saved my card details which helped. Mats came in a day and a half, no damage. Didn't check the colour against my photos properly so it's a slightly different grey than I expected, but it's fine for the price.
Compared to the other sites I looked at, these were a bit cheaper for the same shower caddy. Ordering was quick and easy. The caddy is decent and the suction cups are holding up so far.
Bought a mirrored bathroom cabinet with soft close doors and it arrived in one piece, which I wasn't expecting given how big it was. The shelves are adjustable and the mirror has no marks on it. I put it up on my own with a drill and it hung dead level. Lovely to be able to get it delivered to the door.
Ordered a handheld shower head and a hose from them last month. It cost a bit less than the big named brands and did the job fine for the money. The delivery took a few days longer than the site said, which was a bit annoying, but the parts fitted first time and the price was the main reason I went with them, so it's fair enough.

Honestly they're good. Ordered a bath mat and a little storage basket for the bathroom, both came quick and look like the photos. Checkout was easy on my phone too. Would get stuff from them again.

Compared to the big DIY shop down the road, ordering from here was quicker and the stuff arrived faster. Got a towel rail and some wall brackets. Everything was there, nothing broken. Would order again.
Been ordering from them for years now and they've never let me down. Last time I needed replacement fixings for the toilet seat and the bits turned up two days later, all in a little bag with the right screws. Prices are fair for what you get and the site is easy to search, even on my old laptop. Had a question once and got a reply the same afternoon. Will keep using them.
