Compared to the other booking app I was using, this one is miles quicker, you just pick the time and it's confirmed straight away. No faffing about with messages. Got exactly what I booked and the person turned up on time, so yeah, nothing to complain about.
Read moreWe needed a suit bag for a wedding that was only ten days away, so I looked at three or four places. This one had the best price and a decent selection, though the bag was a bit smaller than the photo suggested.
Read moreI've been ordering from this site for about eleven years now, mostly for garden bits and the occasional gift. What stood out this time was that the reminder about my usual order came through before I'd run out, which is handy. The one niggle was that the substitution on one item wasn't flagged until it arrived, but otherwise it's what I've come to expect.

The drill bit set I ordered is the same one I've bought before, and it arrived with the right fittings, which isn't always the case. Had a long-standing order with them and the account has been straightforward for years. Nothing has ever gone wrong with it.
My old charger packed up on a Monday and I had a work call on Wednesday, so I needed something sorted quick. Ordered it on the Monday night and it came the next afternoon, which saved me. The packaging was a bit over the top for one small cable, and the returns bit looked fiddly if it ever went wrong, but it works and the price was fine.
I bought the 80 pack of nappies in the bulk option and it worked out a fair bit cheaper per nappy than the big supermarket. They arrived in a day, which was good, and nothing leaked. For what I paid it's hard to beat.
Been shopping here for years and the delivery has never once let me down. The app is easy to use and I can always find what I'm after. Staff on the chat are friendly when I need them.

I looked at two other sites before settling on this one, and this was the cheapest for the same bag of compost. Delivery was quick and the bag arrived in one piece. Good value all round.
Honestly really happy with this one, it was dead easy to book and the whole thing took about two minutes on my phone. The only bit that was a faff was the delivery slot, which I'd have liked to pick a bit earlier in the day, but apart from that it's sorted. Would use again.
