Needed some proper gym kit after signing up for a new spin class and my old stuff was falling apart. Ordered a set of shorts and a top on the app, delivery was three days and the packaging was fine. The fabric is light and doesn't ride up. Sizes were accurate, which is always a relief.

Compared with the catalogue I usually order from, this was far more pleasant to deal with. The cardigan is soft and warm and the colour is just as shown. Arrived within the week. I'd happily order again.

Ordered a pair of running tights on my phone during my lunch break and they came in about three days, which was fine. The waist sits lower than I expected though so I had to send one pair back and wait for a replacement. The return label was easy to print at least. Sorted in the end but took a bit of messing about.

Needed a dress for a wedding at short notice so ordered on the site on Tuesday night and it turned up Thursday, which saved me a panic. Fit was spot on, the zip works fine and it looked just like the photos. Packed well too, no creases. Only just squeezed it in before the train but glad I did.

I've been buying from them for about six years now and they've never let me down. The shirts keep their shape after many washes and the prices haven't crept up much. Delivery is always reliable and the customer service has been helpful whenever I've had a query. Still my first choice for everyday clothes.

Bought a waterproof jacket as my first order here and it arrived in a couple of days. Took it out in proper rain last weekend and stayed dry, which is what I wanted. The sizing guide was a bit confusing so I went up one size. Returns looked easy enough from the info page.

The price is what got me, the leggings were like a third of what I'd pay on the high street. Quality is decent for the money, they're a bit thin in the bum but fine for the gym. Delivery took about a week which was ok. Checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone, kept asking me to re-enter the postcode. Would order again.

Bought a pair of walking trousers, they're hard wearing and the pockets are roomy. Fits well and they came in a few days. Good value for the money, cheaper than what I was looking at elsewhere.

The fleece is warm and the zip is solid, I've had a few outdoor fleeces and this is up there. My only gripe is the sleeve length, which runs short compared with the chart. Delivery was quick though. Would have been a 5 if the chart matched the actual cut.

Compared to the same style from a well known high street brand these feel much flimsier, the stitching on the seams went after two washes. Cheaper, sure, but you get what you pay for. Sent one back and the returns form took ages to find on the site.
