Baby-Boutique

Got the play mat for my nephew's first birthday and it's proper thick, way better than the cheap one I had before. Ordered on a Friday and it turned up Monday, which was sound. Packaging was tidy and nothing got damaged. Happy days, will probably get the matching cushions next.

Good site, simple to use, the order came in three days. Pram liner fits our pushchair well. Only thing is the delivery text came late so I missed the first attempt, but they redelivered quickly.

I bought the car seat footmuff for winter walks. It's a decent quality for the money and cheaper than the big named brands I'd been looking at. Zip works smoothly and the lining is warm. The only drawback is that it isn't fleece-lined underneath, which I'd hoped it would be, but for the price I can't complain much.

Really happy with my first order from them, the bottle warmer I wanted was easy to find and the checkout was quick. The only small thing was the delivery took a day longer than the estimate, but the box was well protected and everything was there. I'd definitely order from them again.

This was my first time buying from an online baby shop, and I'd been using a big marketplace before. The range of bottles here is far smaller, but the descriptions are clearer about what each one is for. My parcel came within three days and everything was there. The price was about the same as the marketplace, so no real saving, but I liked not having to scroll past a hundred sellers. I'll be back for the bottles.

Got a pack of bibs and the colour was off, they were more grey than the blue I ordered. Ordering was fine and they came quick. Not a huge deal but I had to fill in a form to send them back and it took a week to hear anything. Bibs are ok though.

We needed a travel cot in a hurry because my son and his wife were coming to stay with the little ones at short notice, and I wanted something safe and sturdy. The site was clear and easy to follow, and I was able to find exactly what I needed without any fuss. The cot arrived well packed and in good time, and it has been very handy for the visit. I'd happily order from them again.

The first thing I noticed was how many options there were for the cot bumper, which was a bit overwhelming for someone like me who doesn't shop online much. I did eventually choose one and it arrived in good time, though the tracking said delivered a day early and it turned up the following afternoon. The bumper itself is lovely and well made, and the price was fair, though I did find it slightly dearer than I'd expected.

Compared it with the big supermarket baby aisle and this was much easier to find what I wanted. Bought a set of muslins and a little hooded towel. Arrived quick, nice packaging, the cotton feels lovely. Checkout took two seconds, no faffing about with accounts. Would definitely order again, the sizes are sorted by age which helps loads.

We needed a sleep bag quickly because our daughter had outgrown her old one overnight, and I'd never bought from an online baby shop before. The checkout was straightforward and I found the tog rating guide really helpful when choosing. It arrived in two days and the bag is soft and well made. I was worried about returns but there's a clear page about it. Will be back for the next size up.
