The storage unit was the cheapest I could find that would take our hallway shoes, so that is what stood out to me first. It costs less than the usual brands, but the shelves bow slightly under heavier boots. Delivery came on the day promised, which was good. Returning it would be a fiddle, as they want photos first and the form is clunky. For the price I can't complain too much.

Way better than picking something up on the high street, the prices are lower and you don't have to queue. Ordered a set of mugs, they came in a sturdy box with no breakages. Easy site to use and the app is quick too. Would buy again.

We needed a replacement kettle quick as ours had stopped heating properly the week before my daughter came to stay. Found what we wanted on the site and it was with us in two days, which suited us well. It is a sensible, plain sort of kettle and it boils fast. I think the price was a touch above what I'd seen elsewhere but I didn't mind paying it for the speed.

I bought the rug in the grey colourway for the hallway and it arrived a little smaller than I had expected from the listing. It is pleasant enough, but I did have to ring them to sort out a mix up over the size. They were polite about it, though it took a few days to get a reply.

Honestly get them if you want a decent chair without paying shop prices. Ordered it on a Sunday night, it turned up Thursday, box was a bit battered but the chair was fine. Only thing is the instructions were rubbish so it took me ages to put together. Would buy from them again.

Compared with the big chain I usually use, the cushions from them were a bit firmer and the covers feel more hard wearing. The price was about the same once delivery was added. I'd have given it five but the zip on one cover is a touch stiff.
