I ordered the trainers and they arrived in a plain box with no tissue, so the box was a bit squashed on one corner, though the shoes themselves were fine. The site said dispatch in one to two days and it was actually three. Sizing ran a little small so I had to order a half size up. I did get a reply to my email within the same afternoon, which helped.

Compared with ordering from the big high street names this was much quicker and the checkout didn't keep asking me to log in. Everything I ordered turned up well packed and on time. Really pleased with it.

I have found the cardigan I ordered to be a very good quality knit, and it has washed well so far. The ordering process was straightforward although I did have to re-enter my address twice. The parcel came promptly and was well protected. I would happily order again.
