Compared it with two high street chains first and this came in roughly a third cheaper for the same sort of thing. The ring arrived well packed and looks just like the photos, so I'm happy with what I paid.
Read moreHonestly it's a decent piece but the price is high for what you get, I've seen the same style cheaper elsewhere. The clasp on the bracelet feels a bit flimsy after a week of wear. Delivery was fine and the packaging was tidy. I'd check other sellers before buying the same one.
Read moreI've been buying from them for years and they are far better than the high street shops I used to go to. Their silver bangles hold up well and the prices are fair for what you get. I order my anniversary gift from them every year without a second thought. Staff on the phone have always been helpful.
Read moreVerdict: good quality plated piece for the price, though it's not solid gold so don't expect that. Ordered a pair of hoops and the finish is even. Delivery was quick and the return form was simple. Only downside is the clasp on the chain is a bit tricky to open.

Ordered a ring for my girlfriend and it fit perfectly. Looks really nice in the box and she loved it. Ordering was easy and it turned up the next day. Bit pricey but no complaints.

Needed a cheap watch for my new job and didn't want to spend much. Found a simple steel one that does the job. It came in a small padded envelope, no fuss at all. Good value for the money and it's kept good time so far.

Needed a replacement pendant after my old one broke, and I've bought from them a few times before. This time the order took over a week to arrive, which was longer than I'd been told. When it did come the pendant was fine. Customer service eventually got back to me but it took a few days.
The box it came in is actually lovely, proper velvet lining and a little ribbon. Ordered a silver chain, quick checkout on the app, got a tracking email straight away. Chain is exactly as pictured. Quick and easy, will order again.
Bought a pair of gold hoop earrings for my sister's birthday and they arrived in about three days which was quicker than I expected. Look nice, bit smaller than the photo but still fine. Checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone, had to retype my postcode twice. Would get something else from them.
Compared a few places before picking this one, and the sizing guide on the site was the thing that made the difference. Got a pair of studs and they're exactly right. The only annoyance was the confirmation email took a while to come through. Will be back.
