I compared this with the shop in town, and the price here for the cushion covers was noticeably better, which I was pleased about. Ordering was straightforward and I did find the help page useful when I had a question about washing instructions. They arrived promptly and I'm happy with them. I'd buy from here again, though I'm not sure they'll be my first port of call for everything.

Found the candle I wanted on the site and it was in my basket in about a minute. First time ordering here and the tracking emails were clear, arrived next day. Lovely smell too.

I needed a rug for the new flat before my parents came round at the weekend, so I was a bit desperate. Never bought from them before but the search made it easy to filter by size and I found one that matched the room. The order confirmation came straight away and the rug arrived Friday, rolled up and tidy, exactly as shown on the page. Glad I took the chance.

Honestly really pleased, got my new dressing gown sorted here on the lunch break. Checkout took about two minutes on my phone and it arrived the next day. Price was fair compared with the high street. Would order again.

Honestly this was a disappointment. I've bought a lot of bedding online and the colour on the site was much bluer than what arrived. Sent it back and the returns form kept timing out, took three attempts and a call to get a label. Refund eventually came through but it was a fair bit of effort.

got a phone case here, the one with the card slot. Came in a couple of days, fits my phone fine. Bit of a faff finding the size in the drop down but once I did it was easy. Would get another.

Ordered a cordless kettle on Tuesday night and it turned up Thursday morning, which is quicker than I expected for a Sunday to Thursday gap. Box was fine, nothing dented. Checkout was a bit quick, only took a couple of minutes on my phone, and the price was lower than the other places I looked. Would order again, no faff.

Reordered my usual tea towels and a pack of batteries while stuck on the bus, took about four minutes on my phone and the app remembered my address. Everything was in the box two days later, no damage, just what I wanted. Checkout kept logging me out though so I had to start again once.

Compared it against two high street shops and a couple of other sites before buying the dehumidifier here. Price was clearly lower than the rest. Delivery took nine days though and I had to chase them once by email, reply came after three days. Not terrible but I wouldn't rush to use them again.

Needed a new laptop bag for a work trip, my old one split on the zip. I'd looked at a few places first and this was the only one with next day delivery for a sensible price. The bag fits my 14 inch laptop and the pockets are handy. Only small gripe is the strap clip feels a bit flimsy.
