Ordering the monitor arm was simple and the spec page had everything I needed to check it would fit my desk. The arm is well made, the springs are firm and it holds my screen steady. Fixing it to the desk took a bit of patience but the instructions were clear once I found the right page. Delivery was quick.

Ordering was quick and the checkout let me pay with my card without faffing about. The only small thing is the delivery took four days when the page said two, but it arrived in one piece and it boils fast.

Compared with the other service I'd been using, this one works out cheaper for the same booking. The app is a little clunkier to get round than theirs but the service itself turned up on time and did a good job. My only real gripe is that the confirmation email landed in spam so I nearly missed the first one.
