I bought the chunky knit wool throw in the autumn sale and it has been on our sofa every evening since. The weave is tight and it hasn't pilled at all after months of the cat using it as a bed. Ordering was quick, I had it within three days, and the packing was careful with no creases. It's the best thing I've bought off them so far.
Read moreNeeded a present for my sister's birthday and had nearly no time. Ordered on the Monday and it was supposed to arrive by Friday, but it turned up the following Wednesday. Customer service replied to my email but it took two days. The gift itself was fine.
Read moreBeen ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. Sizing on the kids clothes is spot on, the tracking emails actually tell you something useful, and when I once had a parcel go astray they sorted a replacement without me having to chase anyone. I keep coming back because it just works the way I expect it to.

Used to buy the same kettle from a supermarket site, and this one is noticeably more expensive. The kettle itself works fine and the delivery was prompt. I'd have liked the price to match the competition a bit better before I'd call it good value.
