Astor & Orion

I bought the chunky knit wool throw in the autumn sale and it has been on our sofa every evening since. The weave is tight and it hasn't pilled at all after months of the cat using it as a bed. Ordering was quick, I had it within three days, and the packing was careful with no creases. It's the best thing I've bought off them so far.

Got a grey oversized hoodie from them last month and it came in about three days. Fit is good, the cotton feels nice. Checkout on my phone was dead easy, didn't have to sign up for anything. Would get another one.

Compared to the big chain I usually use, the checkout here is far quicker and I didn't have to make an account. The delivery took four days which was a bit longer than I'd hoped, but the item arrived in good nick. Would order again.

Been ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. Sizing on the kids clothes is spot on, the tracking emails actually tell you something useful, and when I once had a parcel go astray they sorted a replacement without me having to chase anyone. I keep coming back because it just works the way I expect it to.

What struck me this time was how the site remembered my delivery address from years ago and only asked me to check it. I've been buying cards and small gifts from them since the early days and the quality has stayed the same. My grandson's birthday box went off on time and he loved it.

Needed a present for my sister's birthday and had nearly no time. Ordered on the Monday and it was supposed to arrive by Friday, but it turned up the following Wednesday. Customer service replied to my email but it took two days. The gift itself was fine.

My old laptop charger packed up the week before a work trip so I needed something cheap and quick. Found a compatible one here for less than I'd have paid in town, and it was on my desk two days later. Plain packaging, works perfectly, and the price was fair for what it is. Nothing to complain about.

Used to buy the same kettle from a supermarket site, and this one is noticeably more expensive. The kettle itself works fine and the delivery was prompt. I'd have liked the price to match the competition a bit better before I'd call it good value.

Pretty good, took about five minutes to order on my phone. Delivery was a day early which I wasn't expecting. Only niggle is the price is a few quid more than the same item on another site, but I'll still probably buy here again.
