I looked at several options before choosing, and this one came out ahead for the price. The hair is nicely finished and the colour was close to the photos. Where it fell down a little was the returns side. I wanted to swap for a shorter length and the process involved a few emails and printing a form, which was more fiddly than I expected. In the end it all got sorted and I'm happy with the wig I kept.

I needed a lace front that would hold up to daily wear and not shed at the hairline, and I have been through a few cheap ones that did. This one has a proper fine lace and the knots are neat. I already know the cap construction I prefer so the spec options on the site were exactly what I wanted to see.

Compared it to buying from the high street wig shop and this was quicker to sort out and cheaper for what you get. Ordering was easy on my phone. The only thing is the delivery took a bit longer than the estimate said, but it turned up and it's good hair.

The colour is spot on, looks way more natural than I thought it would from the pictures. Packed nicely and came quick too. Honestly the best hair I've bought online.

I bought a set of bundles in the length I had in mind, and the texture is soft and it takes a curl well. I had looked at a couple of other shops first and this one had the clearest details on the length and weight. Sent out quickly and well wrapped, and the sew in was easy to do at home.

Got a set of clip in extensions as my first ever order here. The colour matched my own hair well in daylight and they feel light. Clips were a bit stiff to open at first but that got easier after a day or two.

Compared to the synthetic one I bought elsewhere this is a step up, the fibres move properly and it doesn't tangle. Price is a bit higher than some places but not outrageous. Delivery was okay.

Verdict is that this is a good buy for the money, got the lace front I wanted and it's sat well on the head. Ordered it between meetings on my phone and it was simple to pick the options. Arrived on time and the hair looks as it should.
