Artralab

Honestly this is the cheapest decent option I found for a replacement strap set on my hiking boots, and it is well made. The stitching looks solid and the fit matches the listing. I've used it twice on muddy walks already. Shipping was no fuss and it arrived in a couple of days.

Booked the replacement toner cartridge on my phone during my lunch break, took about two minutes and the confirmation came straight through. Delivery was next day and the cartridge was packed well. Had a question about compatibility and got an answer the same afternoon. Really handy when work is mad.

I bought the grey wool throw from them a while back and I've ordered from them several times since, so I know what to expect. This one is thick and warm without being bulky, and the colour is just as shown on the photos. I like that the site remembers my address and the order history makes repeat buying simple. It arrived in good time, folded neatly in tissue paper. I've recommended them to my sister and she's ordered too.

I've been ordering from them for about six years now and they've never let me down. The site is easy to navigate, the stock is reliable and the emails tell you where things are. Very dependable and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bought the cable management kit last week and it arrived fine. Packed well, nothing broken. Ordered from my phone on the bus and it took about two minutes. Would do again, quick and simple.

Ordered the drill bit set for a flat renovation and it's been brilliant so far. Good steel, the bits cut cleanly and the case is sturdy. The price was lower than the big DIY chains, which saved me a fair bit on a job with a lot of holes. Delivered next day with no issues at all.

Honestly one of the best online orders I've made this year. The hoodie is soft and the fit is what I wanted. Ordering was dead easy and it turned up on time. Would get stuff from here again no problem.

Compared to the big name I'd normally go to for a replacement brush head, this is a lot cheaper and the brushes are just as firm and good quality. Got a pack of three for less than one of theirs. Ordering was simple and the tracking updates were useful. Delivery came in two days.

I've been buying the same brand of bike chain lube for years, and this one from them does the job at least as well for less than half the price. Goes on clean, doesn't gum up the cassette and lasts a fair while between wipes. Compared with the big name I'd been using, I'd say it's just as good. Delivery was quick and it came well protected.

I needed a replacement lid for my slow cooker after mine cracked, and this was my first time ordering from them. The price was fair and the part was the right one. The only thing was the confirmation email took a while to arrive, so I was checking my inbox for a bit. Delivery was on time though and everything was fine once it came.

Compared to the other site I usually use for this kind of stuff, this was miles easier. Checkout was quick, I didn't have to make an account and it came with a little tracking link which was handy. Fits my budget better too so yeah, happy with it.

We needed a replacement thermostat controller in a hurry before the cold snap, and the price here was noticeably lower than the big DIY chains. Ordered on Monday, it turned up Wednesday morning, the box was tidy and the part fitted straight in. Good value for what it is and I'd use them again for parts like this.

I'd compared a few places before picking this, and this one came out on top for the price and the range of sizes. The product itself is well made and matches the description. Checkout had a couple of steps more than the others but nothing hard. It arrived the next day which was good.

I needed new brake pads for the car after the last MOT flagged them, and I've been buying parts from them for years now. The right set arrived in a few days and fitted the car without any trouble. Prices are consistently sensible and I've never had a problem with a delivery. A reliable place for car parts.

Compared with the high street shop I usually visit for garden twine, this is a little more costly, though the quality is good and the rolls are a generous length. I'd have liked the delivery charge to be lower on a small order, which I thought was a touch steep. Otherwise the parcel came safely and the item is exactly as described.

Booked tickets for a gig with my mates and it took like five minutes on the app which was honestly so much easier than I thought it'd be. Payment went through first time and the tickets showed up in the app straight away so no faffing about with emails. Night out sorted, would book through them again.

Needed a case for my new phone because I cracked the screen protector and wanted something cheaper than the shop. Got it for my birthday money. It's fine, fits ok, but the delivery took longer than the site said, like four working days not two. Still arrived though so yeah.

Price was the main reason I picked them, a fair bit under what the shop wanted for the same filter set. Checkout was quick and nothing hidden at the end. Works fine for what I need, no complaints and I'd order again for the van.

Bought the cushion covers for the living room sofa last month after comparing a few sites. The fabric is nice and thick and the zips work smoothly. The sizes listed were accurate and they fit the cushions exactly. Arrived well packed and quick.
