Compared with the big department store I usually go to, this was much easier and the prices were noticeably lower for the same type of thing. It was my first time ordering from them so I was a bit nervous, but the checkout was simple and the tracking updates were spot on. Delivery came a day early. I'll be back for sure.
Read moreThe price of the LED bulbs was the first thing I noticed, they worked out about a pound a bulb cheaper than the big chains down here. Delivery took four days rather than the next day they promised, which was a bit annoying, but nothing got broken. Returning one that was faulty meant filling in a form and posting it back at my own cost, so I'm not sure it was worth the saving on that one.
Read moreI'd recommend them for a simple purchase, the dressing gown I ordered for my husband arrived well packed and fitted him properly. The sizing guide on the site was helpful and I didn't have to fiddle about with it. The checkout asked me to create an account first which I found a little irksome, but once that was done everything was clear and the confirmation email came straight away.

I bought a replacement filter for the cooker hood and it arrived in two days. The price was lower than the main brand's website and it fitted first time. Nothing much to add, it does the job.
I checked a couple of other sites first and this was cheaper for the same bedding set. The checkout took under two minutes and the sizes were clearly labelled. Delivery was quick and the cover feels nice and soft. Good value for what it is.
They have been my go-to for years now and I've never had a bad experience with them. The latest order was a set of bath mats and they're just as good as the ones I had before. Returns are simple if you ever need one. I'd say they're the best online place I've used.
I needed a replacement set of curtains for the spare room after the old ones faded badly in the sun. The ordering was straightforward and the measurements guide was clear enough for a man of my vintage to follow. Everything arrived well packed and fits perfectly. Very pleased indeed.
