Good for the most part, I have been ordering from them for about eight years and the furniture has always held up. This time the delivery window slipped twice and I had to ring to find out where my order was. The chair itself is comfortable and the fabric looks just as it did online. I would still order again but I would allow more time than they say.

Liked the bit where you can save stuff to a wishlist on the app, made browsing way easier. Checkout was a bit annoying though, the app kept logging me out halfway through so I had to start again twice. Still got the rug in the end and it looks decent.

The fitting for the lamp was the first thing I noticed, it was a bit flimsy and the screw didn't sit right. Emailed them and they sent the missing bit within a couple of days. Not a massive problem but I had to sort it out on my own time. Lamp works fine now.

Good value for money and the sofa turned up in about ten days which is what they said. Price was clearly better than the high street and the delivery people were polite and carried it up two flights without fuss. Fabric feels sturdy and the cushions are firm, so I'd say it's worth it if you want something decent without paying a fortune.

I bought the solid oak dining table with the extendable leaf and it's been brilliant. The joints are tight and the finish is even, which matters to me as I know a fair bit about woodwork. The leaf slides in smoothly and nothing has warped after a winter with the heating on. Happy.

Needed a sofa fast because we were moving into our flat with nothing but a mattress on the floor. Ordered Tuesday, it turned up Friday, and the bloke who brought it up the stairs was sound about it. Honestly couldn't ask for more for the money.

Bought the same sideboard I got two years ago for the hallway, and it's still going strong. The drawers run as smoothly as they did the first time. Delivery was a bit slow this round, about a week longer than last time. Price is still reasonable.

This was cheaper than the usual places I'd look for a rug like this, so I went for it. The colour is a touch darker than the photo but it still ties the room together. Took a bit longer to arrive than I'd like but the rug itself is nice.

We needed a new bed frame because the old one had started creaking every time we turned over. Found this one at a decent price compared with the other places I looked. It went together in about an hour with the instructions and the bolts were all there. Solid and quiet now.

Compared it to the big furniture chain on the high street and this was way easier. The checkout was quicker and I could see the delivery slot before I paid. The lamp I got looks nicer in real life than it did on the chain's website too. Would order again.
