Archers Sleepcentre

Been buying from them for about six years now and it's still a decent place to get a bed sorted. The mattress I got last spring was fine, though the delivery slot was a bit of a faff, they gave me a four hour window and the driver rang when he was already outside. Customer service picked up quick when I emailed about the slot. Prices are fair, not the cheapest going but I'd order again.

Bought a divan base and a headboard. The price was lower than the big chains and the frame was solid once put together. The instructions had a couple of unclear steps but the customer service number got through quickly. Delivery was on time. Good value for what we paid.

Didn't expect the duvet cover to fit so neatly but it did, the corners sit properly and the zip is solid. Ordered on a Tuesday night and it turned up Thursday in a plain box with no fuss. Packed well, nothing creased. Happy with it so far and I'd order again.

I looked at a couple of other retailers before picking this one, mostly on price and delivery times. This was a little cheaper for a similar memory foam mattress and they had a free returns policy stated clearly. The bed came rolled and expanded over a few hours. The live chat was useful when I had a question about firmness. Happy with it.

Wanted a waterproof protector after my nephew stayed over and had an accident. Ordered it on my phone in bed. Came in two days, fits the mattress fine. Only thing is the price was a bit more than I'd have liked but it's done the job so far.

I bought the memory foam topper for my bed about a year ago and I've used it every night since. It's the medium density one and it takes the edge off my hip without feeling squashy. Packaging was tight and it took a day to fully expand, which the instructions warned about. The site told me the expansion time upfront, which I appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

The pillows are decent and the checkout was easy enough. I did have to send one back because it was too firm, and the return label took a while to come through by email. Refund hit my account within the week though. Would buy from them again.

The pillows came in a pack that worked out cheaper per pillow than the high street. They're not the firmest but they hold their shape after a few weeks. Delivery was a day later than the site said, which was a bit annoying.

We'd just moved into a flat with a bed that came with no bedding at all, so I needed a duvet fast. Ordered on a Sunday night and the duvet turned up two days later, packed flat and fluffed up nicely. Exactly what I wanted.
