I have been buying the Aran wool from them for about fifteen years now, mostly for cardigans for the grandchildren. The quality has stayed just as good over the years and the customer service has always been helpful whenever I've had a question about dye lots. I wouldn't go anywhere else for it.

Way better than buying from the high street, the yarn feels softer and the colours are actually what's on screen. Ordered on Tuesday and it came Thursday, no complaints at all. Will definitely be ordering more for my next jumper project, probably the chunky stuff this time round.

Really happy with this, the wool is soft and the order was easy to place on the site. Packaging was neat and everything matched what I ordered. First time buying from them and I'll definitely be back.
Needed a proper hand knit gift for my mum's birthday and didn't have time to make one from scratch. Found a pattern kit on here and it arrived in two days which saved me. Everything was in the bag, needles and all. Mum loved it so I'm chuffed.

Yeah good wool, the cream is lovely and the order turned up well packed. Only thing is I emailed about a colour question and it took them a few days to come back, which was a bit annoying when I had a deadline. Would still order again.
Compared this with a shop I'd used before and it's a clear step up for tweed yarn, the twist is more even and it knits up without snagging. Took a day longer to arrive than the site said but nothing major. Would order again for the next project.
Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was dead easy. The yarn is really soft, way nicer than I expected for the price. Arrived in two days. Would order again.
