Aqua Spirit

First time ordering from them so I wasn't sure what to expect. The chlorine granules I wanted were out of stock on the day I ordered so I had to pick a different size, and the dispatch email didn't come until the following Tuesday which was a bit annoying with the weather turning. Once it arrived everything was fine and the packaging was sensible, just a shame about the wait.

Honestly the best value I found for chlorine tablets and a pH kit, and the order was simple to place. I compared prices on three sites and this one came out ahead once delivery was included. Arrived in a couple of days and the packaging was sensible.

Compared with the big hot tub suppliers I usually buy from, this was a little more expensive, though the extra was worth it for how clearly the site laid things out. I ordered a cover lift kit and a set of spare filter cleaners, and the instructions on each item page told me exactly what fitted my model. They confirmed the order by email the same afternoon and everything arrived in the time they said.

Bought the skimmer net for the garden pool and it does the job. Compared a couple of others first and this one was the cheapest of the decent ones. Took a few days to turn up but it came in one piece.

Really happy with this one, the chemicals for the hot tub arrived well packed and the site made it easy to see what I needed. I looked at three other suppliers before picking them and the price was the best of the lot. Would order from them again without a second thought.

Going in I'd assumed it would be much the same as the big name retailers I usually use for pool stuff. Turns out the prices are a little lower and the checkout is quicker. Only small thing was that delivery took a day longer than they said.

Our pool needed a full set of chemicals and a new test kit before we opened it up for the season. Checked a few places and this worked out cheapest once I added up the bundle. Turned up within the week and it all came as ordered, so no complaints for the money.

The first thing I noticed was that the filter cartridge came with a little card showing exactly which pump it fits, which saved me a lot of guessing. I compared two other sellers and the price here was similar but the stock was better. Delivery was slower than I expected, almost a week, and I had to message them to ask where it was.

We needed a new pool cleaning kit before the summer as the old one had packed up and the kids were already asking to get in. Compared a few places first and the prices here were a bit above the big chains but the range was better. Order arrived in about three days which was fine, the only thing was the pole came in two bits that didn't quite line up straight away so I had to fiddle with it.

Ordered the pump and filter combo for a above ground pool I'd just put up. I know my way round pool kit so I checked the flow rates and the specs against two other retailers first. Everything matched what was listed and it arrived with the fittings included.
