The delivery charge on my washing machine order was higher than I expected once I got to checkout, and it wasn't clear on the product page. The machine itself is fine and the price was reasonable compared to the high street, but I'd have shopped around more if I'd known about the extra cost earlier. Probably won't go back for something bulky.

Compared it to ordering from the supermarket and this was way quicker to find what I wanted. Checkout took about two minutes on my phone and the confirmation came straight away. Delivery was next day, which beat the other place by a mile. Happy with it.

Been buying small bits from them for years now, mostly kitchen stuff and the odd tool. This time I ordered a replacement extractor filter and it came with a tracking link that said out for delivery on the Tuesday but the van didn't turn up until Thursday afternoon. Didn't hear anything from them in between either. The part itself was fine and the price was fair, just wish they'd kept me posted.

Found the same fridge cheaper here than on the other sites I checked on my phone. Only downside was the delivery window was a bit long, but it came in the end.

I looked at three different websites before buying my washing machine and this one came out cheapest once delivery was added. The installation booking was easy and the engineer turned up in the time window. The machine works well so far and the whole thing was simple.

Honestly this was the best of the places I checked for a new hob. Prices were competitive and the product details were clear about what was included. Delivery came the next morning with no fuss. Would buy from them again.

I needed a new oven and went with them mainly because of the extended warranty on offer. The ordering was simple enough and the delivery team were careful with the floors. Nothing to complain about, and I'd happily order from them again.

I'd say this is a dependable place to buy a cooker. The ordering process was clear, and the staff on the phone were patient when I had questions about the connection. The item arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I was grateful for their help and would happily return.

Bought another integrated dishwasher from them this spring to replace the one in our kitchen. Ordering was straightforward and it came on the date they gave, with the installer I'd asked for. Had a small question about the warranty and they answered within a day. Only thing is the price had gone up a bit since I last bought, but still fine for what it is.

My old one died on a Sunday and I needed a replacement before the weekend. Ordered on the app, picked a slot, and it turned up on time with the guys carrying it in and taking the old one away. Dead easy, would use again.
