The jacket I ordered was not quite as pictured, the colour looked more washed out in person and the fabit feels thinner than the description suggested. I did get a reply to my email, but it took about three days to come back. The return form was fiddly and I had to print a label myself. Delivery itself was on time and the price was fair for what it is.

I've been a customer for years and usually find this site a bit dearer than the others, but the quality holds up and I stick with them. Compared with the cheaper site I tried last year, the stitching here lasts far longer. Delivery was a day late this time, though the message told me so.

I needed a sturdy bag to carry my husband's paperwork and my own bits when we go up to the hospital each week. The one I chose has a good zip and two inside pockets, which I did not expect at the price. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was neat. I'd happily order from them again.

Compared with the high street shop I used to use for work shirts, this site has been much better value, and the sizing chart was more accurate than I expected. I've been ordering from them for years now. Last order arrived a day early and the shirts were pressed nicely.

Bought a backpack for uni and it does the job, plenty of room and the zips are decent. Delivery took nearly two weeks though, the tracking sat on dispatched for days. Price was ok, a bit more than I'd pay on another site. Probably wouldn't rush to order again.

I needed something smart but warm for my granddaughter's wedding in the spring, and a friend recommended this site. I found a lovely camel coat and the ordering was simple enough, though I did have to ask twice which size to choose. It came a day later than they said, but it was well packed and the lining is nicer than I expected. I'd happily order from them again.

Got a black holdall for the gym and it's been brilliant so far. Zip feels solid, plenty of room for kit and trainers in the bottom, and it was a fair price compared to what I'd seen on the high street. Delivery took three days which was fine. Would order from them again for sure, nothing much else to say really.

Honestly the adjustable strap on the crossbody bag is the best bit, I wear it with a coat and a jumper and it still sits right. Ordered on the app, took about four days to arrive. Colour was a tiny bit darker than the photo but I'm not mad about it lol. Would get another one.

This is a good bag for the money, the base is stiff enough to stand up on its own and the shoulder strap doesn't dig in. I've had a few gym bags and this one holds its shape better than most at this price. Arrived in two days, checked the stitching straight away and it looked fine.
