Way nicer than the same style I got from the big chain last year, which pilled after two wears. This one feels smoother and the seams haven't gone. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was simple. Delivery was quick too. Brilliant.

First time ordering so I wasn't sure what to expect. What got me was how crisp the printed design on the hoodie is, no cracking after the first wash. The fabric is thick enough to feel like it'll last. Arrived in a few days. Happy with it.

The jumper itself is lovely and feels properly soft, but the delivery was the slow bit. They said three to five working days and it turned up on day nine, with a text saying it was held at the depot. Customer service did reply within a day when I asked, which helped. Sizing was spot on though, and I've already got my eye on the cardigan in the same colour.

Bought two midi dresses for a wedding and a works do. They arrived quickly and both are well made for what I paid. The zips work smoothly and the lining doesn't cling. Easy to order, and I'd happily go back for more.

Bought a six pack of the cotton socks to replace my tired old ones. They're comfortable and the heel and toe are reinforced, which is what I wanted. Good value for the money. Delivery was prompt.

Quick version: the dress isn't really what the photos showed. The colour is a bit duller in person and the fabric is thinner than it looked on the model. Ordering was easy enough but returning it was fiddly, I had to print a label and wait for a reply that took three days. Price felt high for what you get. Won't be ordering again.
