I've been ordering the linen trousers from them for about six years now, and they've never let me down. This time the pair arrived exactly as I hoped, with a good waistband and the pockets sewn properly. The customer service team answered my one question about washing within a day. I do wish they'd send a reminder email before the sale ends but otherwise I'm very happy.

Bought three plain cotton shirts for work, they came to a reasonable total once I'd sorted the postage. They're fine but the collars are a bit stiff until they've been through the wash a couple of times. Delivery was on time, just a bit slow to get a reply when I asked about a size swap.

Compared with the department store I usually visit, I found this site's knitwear noticeably softer and better made for the price. The wool jumper I ordered fits beautifully and has kept its shape. The whole process from choosing to receiving it was pleasant and unhurried. I shall certainly be returning for another.

I needed something warm but smart for my daughter's wedding in March, and the old navy coat had finally given up. Went with the longline wool blend and it's exactly what I wanted, the lining is silky and the collar sits well. Arrived in good time, and I've since ordered a scarf to match.
