Needed a new harness for the spaniel because the old one had worn through. Their price was decent, a bit lower than the other places I checked. The order came quickly. Trying to send the wrong size back was a faff though, the returns form kept timing out and I had to ring twice.

Got the squirrel proof bird feeder. Compared a few and this was the cheapest that actually looked sturdy. It arrived packed well and was up on the pole the same weekend. Birds love it.

Just the verdict really, this is a brilliant place to order pet bits from. Got a rabbit hay rack and a few treats for my first order and everything arrived in good nick within two days. Checkout was painless and the prices were fair. Will be back for more.

Really good, would order again. Got the litter tray and some treats for my two cats. Quick to order and it came the next day. Nothing to moan about at all.

Compared to the pet superstore down the road this was a lot quicker, I got it ordered on my phone during my lunch break. Checkout was easy enough. Delivery took a day longer than they said but it turned up in one piece. Nothing major, just wish the tracking updated a bit more often.

I've kept budgies for years so I know what decent seed looks like and this is the proper mix, not filler. The price was a bit better than my usual shop so I switched. Delivery came a day later than they said, nothing major. Happy with it.

The first thing I noticed was the price on the cat litter, it was clearly cheaper than the big supermarket and the pet shops I'd checked. I'd looked at about three other sites before settling on this one. Ordering was dead simple and the bags turned up quick and in good nick. Will be ordering again.

Compared to buying the same food from the vet, this was a fair bit cheaper and the bag came sealed and fresh. I've been ordering the same dog food for years now and it's never let me down.

Bought a cat scratcher, my first order with them. It arrived fine but I messaged about a missing part in the box and it took three days to get a reply. The part did arrive eventually. Not a disaster but I'd have liked a quicker answer.
