Ordered a plain black lace bralette and a pair of matching briefs as my first order with them. The fit is fine and the lace is nice but the parcel took nine days to turn up when the site said three to five, and I had to email them to find out where it was. They replied within a day which was good, but the wait put me right off ordering again soon.

The padding in the balconette bra is so much better than I expected, it sits flat and doesn't gape when I bend over. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it arrived in two days. Fit is spot on.

Compared to the big department store I usually use, this was a bit cheaper for the same style of knickers and the delivery was faster. The only niggle is the email confirmations come through twice so my inbox is a mess. Otherwise the order was spot on and the fit is good.

I purchased a cotton camisole in cream, which I find comfortable for everyday wear. The stitching is neat and the fabric has held its shape after several washes. I would have given it full marks had the packaging not been quite so excessive.

Needed a set for a night out and ordered on Friday. It came Wednesday, which is too slow when you need it by the weekend. Also the colour was a bit different to the photos. Not terrible but I won't be rushing back.
