The first thing that struck me was how good the tailoring was on the wool blend jacket, the buttons feel quite solid. I did find the returns process rather fiddly, as I had to print a label and drop it at a post office that was a fair walk away. The refund took about ten days to show up on my card. It's a nice piece, I'm just not sure I'd rush back.

Bought the satin slip dress in a size 10 and it's lovely, the colour is a bit deeper than the photos though. Fabric is nice and not see through. Order came quickly, just a little annoying that the straps are fiddly to adjust.

Ended up going with them after looking at a couple of other sites for the same jacket. It's fine, the jacket looks decent, but it was a few quid more than the other places I checked. Delivery was ok, a bit slower than I'd hoped.

Compared it with the high street shop I usually go to and it was clearly cheaper for the same type of dress, which is what got me to order. Sizing was fine and I've already put in for another one for my sister, it's just good value for what you get.

I've been ordering from them since they were fairly new and the quality has stayed the same. Returns are easy too, I sent back a cardigan last year and the refund came through within the week.
