Compared to the cheap non stick set I had before, this carbon steel wok is a different beast entirely. It's hot enough to get proper wok hei and the seasoning builds up nicely after a few uses. Clean up is quick with just hot water. Arrived well packed.

Looking at a few options first, including a well known brand and a supermarket one, this was the pick. The knife set feels balanced and the blades hold an edge well after a month of daily use. The order page was clear about sizes. Happy with it and would happily order again.

the handles get properly hot on the wok, like forgot to use a cloth hot. Also took ages to arrive, nearly two weeks, and I had to message them twice to find out where it was. Pan itself is fine tbh, just not what I expected.

I've been ordering from this site for about six years now, mostly bits for my kitchen. My glass lid cracked and I needed a matching one fast before a family lunch. It came in a few days and fitted my old pan perfectly. Easy to find what I needed.

Ordered the 28cm stainless steel frying pan after years of using non-stick and getting bored of it replacing every year. It's heavier than I expected, which I actually like, and it heats evenly with no hot spots. The handle stays cool on the hob which is more than I can say for my old one. Only niggle is the rivets look a bit exposed but they're doing their job.

The small saucepan is a nice size for one or two people. Heats up quickly and the base is flat, which I didn't expect at this price. The handle has a bit of wobble where it joins the body though. Still a good buy.

Bought the cast iron griddle pan, and I know my way around cast iron, so I was pleased with the seasoning and the weight. It cooks steaks well and holds heat nicely. The box arrived with a dent in one corner though, pan was fine. Price is a bit above what I've seen elsewhere for the same spec.

I needed a new roasting tin before Christmas and ordered from them again, as I always do. They have never let me down in all the years I've been a customer. Tin arrived in good time and is exactly what I wanted for the turkey. Thank you to whoever packed it.

Honestly this is the best value set I've bought in ages. Four pans and a lid for less than I paid for one branded pan elsewhere, and they cook well. Ordered on a Monday and it turned up Thursday with no fuss. Would buy from them again for sure.

Compared with the big high street chain I usually go to, ordering from them was a far simpler affair and the pan arrived when they said it would. I did find the checkout a touch fiddly to begin with, but once I had it sorted I was perfectly happy with the whole thing and would order again without a second thought.
