My old trekking poles finally gave up on the Yorkshire moors so I needed a replacement before a trip in the spring. I've been buying kit from this lot for years and they have never let me down. Only small gripe is the return label took a while to print from the account page, but the poles were fine.

It arrived not quite as pictured, the colour was duller and the grommets on the corners were a different size to what the listing showed. Turned into a fiddly return because the label was for the wrong courier. Not what I expected from a shop this size.

The checkout asked me to make an account first which was a bit annoying when I just wanted to pay and go. Otherwise the sizing chart was clear and the gaiters fit my boots, no complaints really. Would order again for sure, just wish the account bit was optional.
