Compared these with the ones from my local pharmacy and the pharmacy ones were easier to get hold of. Ordering online took a while to sort out because the size guide was unclear, and the replacement sent after my first pair arrived a few days later than the site said. They work fine but I'm not sure they were worth the extra hassle.

Bought the musician filter set with the 15 dB insert. The filter sits well in the ear and sound stays natural, which is exactly what I needed for rehearsals. Ordering was quick and the insert arrived in a day.

Before choosing these I compared three other brands for the musician plugs, and this set had the most useful filter options for the price. The order went through without any issues and the plugs fitted my ears well from the start. Happy with my choice.

Compared with the chemist and the big audiology chain I'd been looking at, this was clearly cheaper for the same moulded plugs. The online booking for the fitting kit was straightforward and the price shown at checkout matched what I paid. I've bought from them twice now for the family and the replacement sets arrive quickly. Good value and no fuss.

Needed ear protection for a festival next week so ordered in a rush on my phone. Delivery took four days which was longer than I wanted, and the plugs were a bit tight at first. Fine once they settled in, but I wasn't thrilled about the wait.

We needed proper hearing protection for my son's swimming competitions, as he gets bothered by noise at pools. Ordered the child sizes and they arrived with a clear fitting guide. Easy to put in and he's happy wearing them.

Plugs are comfortable and do what they're meant to, which is the main thing. They're a little more than I expected to pay for the basic set though. Ordering and the email confirmation were all clear, so I'd still go back.

Really happy with this, got my custom earplugs ordered in about five minutes on the site and they fitted first go. Took a bit of fiddling to get the order form right with my ear sizes but the checkout was fine after that, nothing to moan about really. Would order again.

Honestly the first thing I noticed was how quick the fitting appointment booking was, I had a slot within two days. The impressions were taken at a clinic nearby and the moulds arrived back looking exactly like my ear. My daughter is 9 and found them comfy straight away, and the cord clip stops them getting lost at the pool. Would order again.
