This is the one I'd pick again. I looked at a few options first, including two other brands, and the cut on this was the most flattering. The leather is soft and it's already moulding to my shoulders. Delivery was quick and everything came well packed.

Bought the wool coat in the autumn sale on my phone on the way to a meeting and it arrived in four days. Fit is fine and the colour is exactly what the photos showed, ordering was dead easy.

Bought a knitted jumper from the sale section and it's been my go to since October. Fabric is a bit thinner than I expected for the price but it's held its shape through several washes on a cool cycle. Delivery took four days which was fine. Wouldn't say it's cheap but it's good value for something I actually wear every week.

I needed a bag that would survive daily commuting on the tube and this one has been brilliant. The leather is firm and the hardware feels solid, and the inside pockets are placed sensibly. Took a while to break in but it looks better with every month that passes now.

Compared it with a similar coat from a high street chain and this one was noticeably better made, the lining especially. Only thing is the price was higher than I'd like, though the seams have held up. Delivery was prompt and the box arrived unbent.

I compared this with a similar cardigan from a department store and I found the quality here to be very much on a par. My only complaint is that the order took rather longer than advertised to reach me, nearly a week, and I did have to telephone to ask after it. The garment itself is lovely.

I needed a wrap for my nephew's wedding and this seemed suitable. The website was a little fiddly to navigate when I was choosing. Otherwise the item is perfectly fine.

Honestly the best dress I've bought this year, it works for work and for going out. I know the cut well from years of shopping for clothes and the seams here are neat. Pricey but worth it for something I'll wear constantly.

The zip on the dress is the bit I noticed most, it's a proper metal one which is nice. Fit is a bit roomy in the bust so I'll probably size down next time. Returns were easy though, just printed the label and dropped it off.
