Compared with the firm I used to buy garden furniture from, this is cheaper and the cushions are thicker. I've ordered four times now and every order has arrived complete. Good straightforward site, no pop ups to close.

Compared it to the big chain I usually use and this was honestly cheaper and the delivery was quicker. Got a set of bedside lamps and they came with proper bulbs included, which the other place never did. Easy checkout too. Would order again for sure, just sorting the next lot now.

Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and the checkout was quick, which is the main thing when you're busy. The sofa bed came with all the cushions and the slats were already fitted to the frame, so setting it up took about twenty minutes. Two guys carried it up the stairs no bother. Happy with it, the delivery slot was on time too.

Bought a set of three stacking storage boxes for the loft because we were finally sorting out years of junk. The site was easy enough to use and I liked seeing the sizes listed. The boxes came in two separate deliveries a few days apart which was a bit annoying, and one arrived with a dented corner. They sent a replacement without fuss though, so I can't really complain too much.

We needed a fridge freezer quick because ours packed up on a Sunday and we had a family dinner the next weekend. Ordering was easy enough on the laptop and I liked seeing the delivery slot before paying. The unit came in one piece and the driver helped carry it in, which saved my back. Only niggle is the delivery window was a bit wide, so I took the morning off work just in case.

Needed a chair for my room because my old one broke and I was working off the bed. Ordered this one on the site and it came in a week or so. It's fine for the money but the arms wobble a bit and the seat is firmer than I expected. Not the worst thing I've bought but not one I'd go back for either tbh.

Bought the brushed steel pendant for over the dining table, the one with the adjustable cable. Arrived well packed and the finish matches the photos, though the cable is a touch thinner than I'd like and the ceiling rose needed a bit of fiddling to line up. Price is fair for what you get compared with the big DIY places, and the instructions were clear enough once I found the right page.

The brass effect handles on the kitchen cupboards are what made me reorder, they feel solid in the hand and look far better than the plastic ones we had before. I've been ordering from them for years and the handles have held up well. The only small thing is the box took a while to turn up last time, but the goods were all there and packed carefully.

The rug is exactly what I wanted for the lounge, the colour is the soft oatmeal shown on the page and it lies flat with no curling. Ordered Monday and it was on the doorstep Thursday, which I wasn't expecting. Fast and simple, I'll be back for the runner.

Would say it's the right place for a bit of garden kit. The shelving unit I bought went together easily, every part was there and the screws were labelled properly. Delivery came in the time they said and the pallet was wrapped well. Good value and no fuss at all.
