I have bought from them several times and this latest order of two cardigans was no different. The prices are fair for what you get and the checkout was straightforward. I'd happily order from them again for everyday knitwear.

The app loads quicker than the website and saving my card made checkout a doddy. Ordered a hoodie on Friday and it was with me by Monday. Only gripe is the sizing runs a touch big so I'd check the chart before you buy.

I needed a longer wrap coat that wouldn't ride up when I'm driving, and the one I picked has a decent belt and a lined interior. I know wool blends pretty well from years of buying for my mum and this one feels reasonably warm for the price. Stitching on the sleeves looks solid after a few wears. The returns form took a couple of clicks more than I'd like but nothing serious.

I'd seen the blouse online in a lovely soft blue but the one that arrived looked much more grey and the fabric felt thin. Compared to my usual shop, the price was higher than I'd like for what I received. I did try to return it but the label took a while to come through and the refund was slow. I won't be ordering again I'm afraid.

The size guide on the site is the first thing I noticed, it had actual measurements for each item not just S M L. I'd never ordered clothes online before so I was nervous, but the jumper fitted exactly how the chart said. Delivery took three days and the tracking updates were spot on. Really pleased, will definitely order again.

I ordered a midi dress in navy linen for a wedding in June and it arrived in good time, well packed and pressed. The fabric is a little lighter than I expected but it hangs nicely and I've worn it twice since. Would have liked a bit more choice in the petite lengths, though I did manage to find something suitable.

I picked up a pair of ankle boots in black, mostly because the photos looked so sharp. They arrived in a box with tissue paper and the leather feels better than I expected for the money. The heel is a bit chunky but they're comfy for a full day out. Happy with them so far, will see how they wear.

Compared to Next this felt a bit cheap in the hand, the cotton is thinner than I thought. Fit was fine though and the order came quick. Would maybe pay the extra elsewhere next time.

I wanted something sparkly for my friend's birthday and needed it quick. I looked at two other sites and this one had the best range for the money. The top looked just like the pictures and I got loads of compliments on the night.

Bought a rain jacket on my lunch break and it was the easiest buy I've done in ages. Got it on the Tuesday and it arrived Thursday. The zip is a bit stiff but it does the job, and the price was fine.
