Our old dehumidifier packed in during a damp spell and the flat was getting mouldy so we needed something quickly. Looked at three or four sites and this had the best stock and a sensible price. Ordered on a Monday and it turned up Wednesday, and the setup took about ten minutes with the instructions in the box.

Compared it with the big high street chain first and the filter pack came out a fair bit cheaper here. Delivery took four days which was fine, though the box arrived a bit squashed. Does the job, nothing more to say really.

Applied on my phone during my lunch break and had an answer before I'd finished my sandwich. Money was in my account by teatime. Only thing is the app kept logging me out, but it worked.

Best value I've found for this kind of thing. The fees are shown up front, nothing extra appeared at the end, and the money landed in my account the same afternoon. Fair and straightforward for what I needed.

Bought a pack of LED bulbs for the kitchen downlights. They came in a different size to the listing, so the fitting wouldn't take them and I had to sort out a return. The return form was fiddly and the refund took over a week to show up on the card. Not impressed.

Bought the burr grinder everyone keeps going on about and it's brilliant for the price. Takes a bit of fiddling to get the grind setting right first time. The grind is consistent, which matters when you're making espresso every morning.
