Air For Life UK

The filter sizing guide on the site was the bit that stood out, it told me exactly which replacements fit mine. I'd never ordered from them before so was a bit cautious. Checkout was quick and the confirmation email came straight away. The parcel arrived the next morning and everything was there. Good first experience.

I bought the air purifier for my mother who lives with us now and has been struggling with dust. The ordering process was clear and the customer service team answered my questions promptly by email. It arrived well packed and she has found it very easy to use. We are most grateful for the help.

I first needed a replacement filter when our old machine stopped doing much, and I have been ordering from them ever since. They always remind me when it's time to reorder, which saves me forgetting. Delivery has been reliable every time I've used them. Their prices have stayed sensible too, which I appreciate. The packing is always neat.

Ordered the filter pack for my flat and it came in a box that was squashed on one corner. Not a massive deal but a bit annoying. Took ages to get a reply when I emailed about it, like four days. Filter itself seems fine so far.

We needed a purifier for the bedroom after my husband started waking up with a blocked nose most nights. I looked at three or four others first and the price on these was fair for what you get. The order went through quickly and the box turned up two days later, which was about what they said. Setting it up took five minutes. Happy with it so far.

Honestly it's a good unit for the money and I've had a few of these over the years so I know what to look for. Filter cartridges are easy to find and not overpriced. The only niggle is delivery took longer than the estimate, around six days when they said four. Wouldn't put me off.

Compared to the one I got from a big electrical chain last year this is much quieter at night and the filters are easier to swap. Ordered it on my phone during my lunch break, took about two minutes. Arrived next working day. Really pleased, would get another one from them.

Found them through a Google search for a replacement filter and the price was right, but the bit that annoyed me was the checkout. It kept timing out on my phone so I had to start my basket again twice before it went through. Didn't get a confirmation email for a while either so I was worried it hadn't worked.

Compared with the model we had before, this one is far quieter at night, which is a relief for my sleep. I did look at a couple of others before deciding. Ordering was straightforward and the instructions were clear. I am very content with the purchase.

This is a solid purifier and I'd happily say it's worth buying from them. I'm a first-time customer so I was a bit wary, but the site was easy to use and the order went through without fuss. It's not the cheapest I found, though the difference is small. Arrived in good time, though the courier left it in the porch which I wasn't keen on.
