Far quieter than the old one

Having owned a cheap suction cleaner before, this is a completely different beast. It climbs the walls and sorts the corners properly, and it's nowhere near as noisy as the one I had. The battery lasts a good hour and a bit on the big pool.

Pool cleaner still going strong

Bought the robotic pool cleaner three summers ago and it still runs every other day without fuss. The app took a bit of setting up but once it was connected I've barely touched it. Only niggle is the filter basket needs emptying more often than I'd like.

bought the spare wheel kit

Picked up the replacement wheel set for the cleaner and it fitted straight on, no adjusting needed. The wheels grip the tiles better than the originals did. Had them on in two minutes and the cleaner seems to go round the edges a bit more tidily now.

better value than the big names

I did look at a well known make before deciding, and this one came out cheaper for what it does. The cleaner covers the floor and walls thoroughly, which the other one had trouble with. I did find the instructions a touch thin, but I managed to get it going without ringing anyone.

Needed something that didn't need lifting

We've had the pool since the kids were small and I was fed up of hauling the old pole net out every week with my back playing up. The cleaner was a relief for that, nothing to lift. My only gripe is that the cable is a bit short for our deep end so I had to move the power point. Otherwise it's been fine and the pool stays clear.

cheap to run and does the job

Needed something to keep the pool clean without paying a fortune for chemicals and labour. Works out a lot cheaper than paying someone each week and the electric is barely noticeable on the bill. Hardly any upkeep beyond emptying the basket now and then.

took a while to get a reply

The cleaner itself is fine, it has kept the pool clear all season. I did message the site about a filter basket that came up as out of stock and it took four days to hear back. Sorted in the end but I'd have liked it quicker.

sorted in one go

Honestly the order was done in about five minutes and it turned up when they said it would. Bit of a no brainer at this price for a pool this size. The instructions were a bit thin but the app walked me through setup so no real complaints.

app lets you start it from the sofa

The best bit is the app, you can start the cleaner from the sofa and see where it has been on the pool map. Took about ten minutes to link it to the wifi, then it just worked. Only thing I'd add is a bit more battery info on the screen but otherwise it's spot on for a quick clean before the weekend.

Really pleased, would order again

Great little cleaner, it does the job without any faff. First time ordering from them and the whole thing was easy from the basket to the doorstep. Pool looks properly clean now.
