What struck me most was how plainly the pages were laid out, with the sizes and prices right where I expected them. I found what I wanted without any fuss. The only small niggle was that the courier left the parcel with a neighbour, which was perfectly acceptable.
Read moreI needed a replacement charger urgently because my old one had died on me. I placed the order on a Monday and it didn't turn up until the following Friday, with no update in between. When I emailed to ask, it took three days to get a reply and the price was higher than I'd seen elsewhere. Not what I'd hoped for, to be honest.
Read moreCompared with the other sites I used to order from, this one beats them on price and on how easy it is to reorder my usual items. I've been a customer for about six years and nothing has changed for the worse. The emails about my orders are clear and the refunds have always come through promptly when I needed one.

I'd been comparing this with the usual big marketplace and the prices here were noticeably lower for the same brand. Signing up was quick and I got a confirmation straight away. The delivery was a day slower than promised but it arrived fine.
Bought a little bluetooth speaker from them as a first order. It sounds fine for the money and the battery lasts a good while. The delivery took longer than the site said, nearly two weeks, and I had to chase it once. Had to message them twice before I got a proper answer on the tracking.
Honestly the best value I've found for everyday bits. Ordered a bundle, it arrived in a few days and the price was well under what I'd have paid in store. Only thing is the checkout kept asking me to log in again.
I would say this is a well run business and I am glad I tried it. The ordering process was straightforward and the price was fair for what I received. My order was packed carefully and arrived within the stated time, which I appreciated. I shall certainly be returning when I next need something.
Needed a birthday present fast and this came up in a search. Ordered on a Thursday and it was at my door by Saturday. Didn't have to faff about with anything, the app just worked. Would definitely use again, mates are all going to get bits from here now.

The app is dead easy to use, you can see everything in a couple of taps. Found the exact thing I wanted, placed it and got a notification every step. Nothing to moan about really, just a quick and simple buy.
Ordered a set of kitchen towels as a first purchase, mainly to see what the quality was like. They came well packed and the towels are thick and soft, nice for the price. Delivery was on time and the whole thing was quick and painless from start to finish.
