Needed a new laptop bag for uni and my old one had split right along the zip. Found this one after looking around on a few sites, and the reviews were decent so I went for it. Turned up quickly and it's exactly what I wanted, fits my laptop perfectly.

Ordered a set of garden lights on my phone during a break and the site said three to five days. It took nine, with no message until the day it finally landed. Not a disaster but the lights themselves are fine and the price was good. Would've been nice to get a heads up when the courier was delayed rather than finding out from the tracking page.

Compared with the big chain I usually use, this was cheaper and the booking took about two minutes instead of the usual fuss with accounts. I've ordered parts for my bike from them a few times now and the descriptions match what turns up, which is what counts when you know the kit already. One small thing is the returns form is a bit clunky and wants you to type everything in twice.

Honestly really good, ordered on a Friday night and it was at my door Monday. Packaging was tidy and it was exactly what I wanted, will definitely order again x

On balance I'd say it was a reasonable experience, though not without its frustrations. I ordered a replacement stair gate and the process was straightforward enough, although I did find the account setup rather fiddly. The item arrived in good order but it took closer to a fortnight than the estimate suggested, and when I rang to ask, the reply came after two working days. I'd probably use them again, but I'd allow more time.
