Ordered a phone case, arrived fine. Good price. Only niggle was the order confirmation took a few hours to come through, so I wasn't sure it had gone through. Would use again.

I've been ordering my printer ink from the same place for years, and this one is a bit more expensive for the same cartridges. The ordering was easy enough and the parcel came quickly. I'd probably stick with my old supplier for now, though I'm not unhappy with the goods.

The jumper itself is lovely, soft and the colour is spot on. Only thing is it took nine days to arrive when the site said three to five. Chased it once and got a quick reply, so not the end of the world.

Ordered trainers for a festival and they turned up the next day, which saved me. Sizing was spot on and they're really comfy already. Only had a quick look at the returns page so can't say how that goes, but everything else was fine.

My old kettle packed up on a Sunday and I needed something before the week started. Found one here for less than the big shops were asking, and it turned up two days later. Works fine, nothing has gone wrong, and I got what I paid for.

I'd always gone to the high street for my winter boots, but this was a good deal cheaper and the sizing chart was clear enough that I didn't need to fuss over it. The order arrived in four working days, which I thought was reasonable, and the boots fit as they should. I'd happily order from them again for a shoe.

What stood out most was the tracking, which updated at every stage so I always knew where the parcel was. The bedding I ordered was soft, well made and came folded neatly. I have no complaints at all about the process from start to finish.

I bought a standing desk converter to sit on my existing desk, and I'm glad I went for it. It took a bit of working out to assemble, but the instructions were clear enough once I'd sorted the bolts. It's sturdy, the height adjusts smoothly, and my back has been much happier since. The order arrived well packed and on time.

I needed a new bathroom extractor fan and was after something that would fit my old fitting. The site made it simple to check the dimensions before I paid. Good value and it arrived without any trouble.

A very pleasant experience from start to finish. The checkout was simple, the confirmation came through promptly, and the item was exactly as described. I shall certainly be using the site again for my gifts.
