Our old oven packed in the week before Christmas and we needed something sorted before we had people round. I'd never ordered a big appliance online before and was nervous, but the site walked me through the sizes and the delivery date was clear. Driver was polite, took the old one away too, and the new oven works a treat.

The order process was straightforward and the confirmation emails were clear about delivery. The dryer has been running for several months now without any fuss, and the drum is still spotless. I would be happy to recommend it to a friend.
Read moreFirst time ordering from them and I went in expecting a bargain, which it wasn't. The price was on the high side compared with a couple of other places I checked. The washing machine itself is good and arrived when they said, but I'd have gone elsewhere if I'd compared more carefully before paying.
