Adidas Headphones

Needed a quick replacement pair for the office and these did the job, sound is good and they're comfy for long calls. The return process for the first pair I sent back was a faff though, the label took ages to come through. Still happy with the pair I kept.

Needed some cheap wireless ones for the gym since my old pair died mid session. Ordered Tuesday night and they were here Thursday. Sound is decent for the price, quick and easy checkout too. Happy.

The first thing I noticed was that the box was for the wrong colour, which was annoying. Sound is alright for the money but nothing special. I emailed them and it took three days to get a reply. Not ideal.

I would say the site was very easy to use when I placed my order for a pair of headphones for my husband's birthday. I did wonder whether the delivery would take long but it arrived within the week as promised, carefully packed. The customer service team answered my question about returns by email the same afternoon, which I did not expect. I have bought from them before and I shan't hesitate to do so again.

Been buying from them for years now, mostly for the wired pairs that last ages. Ordered my latest set through the site last month and it was the same easy process as always. Arrived in good time and works just as before.

Way better than the cheap pair I got from the high street last year, which kept dropping out. These connect instantly to my phone and the battery lasts for days. Checkout took about two minutes on the app. Really happy with them.

Next day delivery which was the best bit. Price was lower than the high street and the checkout was quick on my phone. Only thing is the box came slightly squashed on one corner but the headphones were fine. Would order again.

Compared to the pair I had before from a proper audio shop these are a step down on bass, but for the money I can't really complain. I've used headphones for years so I notice this stuff. The order went through quick and it arrived in two days with a tracking email that actually updated. The only real gripe is the cable feels a bit thin, I'd want to check it's holding up after a few months.

I would say this was an excellent experience from start to finish. The site was easy to navigate and I was able to place my order without any bother. Everything arrived safely and well packed, and the customer service team were most helpful when I rang with a question about the delivery date. I'm delighted and I shan't hesitate to order again.
