Compared it with two other sites before ordering and this one came out ahead on the size guide, which actually matched what arrived. Checkout was quick and the order turned up two days after they said it would. Had a couple of dresses from them now and both fitted properly first time, so I'll be back for sure.

Needed something sparkly for a birthday night out and the site had loads to pick from. Ordered a cropped top and it's really nice in the flesh. Shipping took a few days longer than they said but it came in time. Price was a bit higher than similar stuff elsewhere, but I'd still get it again.

The deep side pockets on the utility trousers are what caught my eye first, and I'd not seen that on other brands at this price. Fit is good and the fabric has held up after a few washes. Delivery took a day longer than shown but that's about it.

Got my order in two days which is faster than I expected. Checkout was dead simple and the app kept my details saved so next time was even quicker. Happy with it, will be back for more.

The first thing I noticed was the size chart, which said I was a medium but the top ran small through the chest. Returned it and got a large instead which fits fine. Took a few days for the refund to show up on my card, but otherwise no real complaints.

I'm afraid I was rather disappointed with my order. I had compared several retailers before choosing this one, and the cardigan I received was thinner than the photographs suggested. The colour was also a shade darker than shown. When I contacted customer care they replied politely, but it took the best part of four days to hear back. Returning it was a little fiddly, though they did eventually refund me.

Got the plain grey hoodie after looking at a few other brands. The heavyweight cotton feels properly good and the hood is not too big. It's exactly what I wanted for the gym and the weekend.

My old coat had finally given up and I wanted something warm enough for walking the dog on cold mornings. I know my fabrics well, and this one has a decent wool blend with a proper lining, which is hard to find at this level. The zip is solid and the hood sits well. It's the warmest thing I own now.

Ordered a midi skirt and a blouse, both arrived neatly packed within three days. The skirt has a lovely drape and the stitching looks neat. Would happily order again.

Ordered the unlined linen jacket in navy after looking at a few places for something for summer weddings. It's light and breathes well, which is what I wanted. The sleeves are a touch longer than I'd like so I'll need them taken up, but otherwise it looks smart and the price was fair compared with the high street.
